SIM has formed a small comprised of both large and small businesses with substantial experience supporting NAVSEA Stakeholders (NAVSEA, PEO’s, NAVSEA Directorates, and Warfare Centers), other Major Systems Commands, and DoD Agencies. This team provides the necessary breath and depth, with proven performance in all Product and SOW Functional areas, to deliver professional services support that meets “best in class” standards at a significant cost savings to NAVSEA Stakeholders.

In the following paragraphs we detail the extensive experience of the SIM Team. As shown below our SIM team members possess a broad spectrum of experience in the areas of naval systems, warfare engineering and programmatic support; and senior staff members have served as program managers for numerous Navy programs, possessing a thorough knowledge of every aspect of a project’s life cycle.
