In the following paragraphs we detail the extensive experience of the SIM Team. As shown below our SIM team members possess a broad spectrum of experience in the areas of naval systems, warfare engineering and programmatic support; and senior staff members have served as program managers for numerous Navy programs, possessing a thorough knowledge of every aspect of a project’s life cycle.
AT&T
AT&T Government Solutions is contractually engaged by many government agencies for engineering support across a wide array of requirements. AT&T Government Solutions embodies diverse knowledge and technical domains permitting them to provide engineering services in support of C4ISR, Information Warfare Systems, Information Technology, Command and Control systems, and Tactical/Consolidated Cryptologic and Intelligence Systems. AT&T Government Solutions performs systems engineering activities in accordance with Joint Interoperability Standards, the DoD 5000 series of directives and instructions for the Defense Acquisition System. It is conversant and experienced with the DoD 5000 evolutionary acquisition model that calls for delivering capability in increments so as to “balance needs and available capability with resources, and to put capability into the hands of the user quickly.” In performing systems engineering activities, AT&T analyzes requirements from both an operational and a functional perspective, develops and maintains captured requirements in the system baseline documentation, and develops design specifications that fully allocate functional and operational requirements to the system or component. The AT&T Labs Professional and Technical Services groups provide expert network and software design, C4ISR engineering, and assessment consulting services to AT&T business units and customers. AT&T’s network and software design experts have helped make the AT&T network and applications the most reliable state-of-the-art network in the industry. CACI provides a full spectrum of engineering services from concept definition through life cycle support across the defense establishment. CACI offers a diverse range of logistics and supply chain management functions; they include: reverse-engineering older systems to preserve investments and reduce life-cycle costs, enhance supply chain management, software design and integration and enterprise resource planning, coordinating and support test and evaluation to maintain optimal performance, providing C4ISR operations analysis, research and development, systems prototyping and field service support, including intelligence and electronic warfare (IEW). CACI offers a range of logistics and supply chain management functions to a number of clients, including the U.S. Navy Fleet operations. It supports programs to extend the service life of aging aircraft. CACI furnishes the U.S. intelligence community with prototype development, software design and systems integration services.
