The Systems Integration and Management  mission statement is to provide the US Government and our commercial customers with outstanding service in the areas of System Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, Life Cycle Support Financial and Program Management support.  SIM has a remarkable history of success in   the above expertise and skill sets, while remaining focused on customer requirements, funding and schedules. The SIM, Inc commitment to all of our customers is to deliver top quality performance through technical innovation and unwavering Focus.

SIM was founded in 1993 by Mr. Nat Simmons, in response to an US Navy requirement to implement Integrated LAN Networks on all of its Surface and Sub-surface Platforms.  SIM played a major roll in meeting that challenge.  SIM has had steady growth and now has over 160 employees providing technical and management support to its customers.
